Eurostar
High-Speed Test Run, July 2003

This highly prestigeous run along the new section of track to the Channel Tunnel entrance by a Eurostar test-train was undertaken in the presence of the UK's and leading foreign Press.
The project required a live feed from a video camera located in the driver's cab to be relayed onto video monitors situated at key hospitality points along the length of the train, to enable the guests to witness the record-breaking run.

MST undertook the highly complex engineering and logistical management and provided the custom-designed/built video displays. The run was repeated in September for the benefit of over 600 VIPs – this time using a standard, in-service train, with a larger number of video display units being provided.
